Gaskiya Diagnostics’ Mary Larkin, PhD, presented company’s rapid diagnostic tests for aquatic diseases
December 5, 2019, Baltimore, MD – Gaskiya Diagnostics, LLC, a technology company that develops rapid, low-cost and easy-to-use diagnostic tests for aquaculture, today pitched its solution at the HATCH Blue accelerator program’s final Demo Day in Singapore.
Gaskiya Diagnostics CEO, Mary Larkin, PhD, presented Gaskiya’s rapid diagnostic tests for aquatic diseases to a group of investors from throughout the global aquaculture industry. Gaskiya’s platform technology uses bio-engineered capture proteins to bind target analytes with a high degree of sensitivity and specificity to facilitate the detection of a variety of disease types.
Gaskiya’s pitch today was followed by presentations from several other aquaculture-focused startup companies, each of which have been part of HATCH’s 90-day accelerator program ending this month.
