Mary Larkin, PhD, Founder and CEO: Mary is a Ratcliffe Environmental Entrepreneur Fellow (REEF) alumni and a toxicologist with expertise in fish health and nutrition. She has worked extensively on immune responses in fish and has researched antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Her experience in REEF, academic research, and interfacing with the aquaculture industry drive the direction of Gaskiya’s diagnostics development.

​Hadley Sikes, PhD, Science Advisor: Hadley has 20 years of experience in chemical science and engineering and broad research interests including biomolecular engineering, applications of redox chemistry, clinical diagnostics, and molecular biotechnology. She graduated from Tulane University and received a Ph.D. from Stanford University. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Chemical Engineering at MIT.​

Scott R. Gaboury, PhD, COO:
Scott is an accomplished R&D Executive with 25 years of global industrial experience in the fields of coatings, polymers and specialty materials. He has worked within global chemical conglomerates and entrepreneurial startups having successfully launched companies in nanofiber manufacturing and technical consulting. Scott is co-inventor on over 45 granted patents and brings a wealth of technical and product development experience to Gaskiya.

​Chris Moad, Business Development: Chris Moad heads up Business Development for Gaskiya. He is skilled ​in assessing the commercial relevance of new technologies and building them into successful startups. He holds a M.S. in Cellular and Molecular Medicine from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
